Eddie did not clean the oil cover not even around the cap. And threw the old sticker on the floor. I asked Heather did he do these things before l left. And she thought he did had done it This is the second time l had a bad experience with my oil change l will not come back.

It was just an easy experience. I had a new advisor and I was worried because I really loved my last one. Fortunately for me, he was just as great as my previous advisor and that made the experience even better.
I was a walk in, Jeremy was the service writer. From the gentleman at the drive In to the service writer everything was taken care of. Shifter issue, handled under warranty also Jeremy took care of a recall that I wasn���t even aware of. Everything was taken care of and I was able to pick up my vehicle the same day. I could not have asked for a better experience.
