My wife was in a bad wreck that totaled her car. Myra and the Jim Browne team were awesome helping during this event. They were able to get a replacement ASAP before the wrecked car was totaled by insurance. And when we went back in, they helped tremendously getting us into the new one. It was a very stressful time, and they eased our minds by removing one less worry after a major wreck that was no fault of the wife. She is extremely happy to have her replacement car and in such a quick timeframe also.

I started out with a negative view of this dealership, but they've quickly righted their wrongs. They have made sure I was satisfied with the repair before leaving. They have made every effort to contact the Chevy technical assistance center to ensure the repair is done right.
